Draft for product testing. A formal legal review is required before public launch.

What the service stores

Account identity, membership, settings, saved searches, alerts, workflow states, notes, exports, billing status, and limited product events needed to operate the service. Card details are handled by Stripe when billing is enabled and are not stored by Rivalist.

Public regulatory and company data

The service processes public HSE and Companies House records and approved public business contact routes. Suppression and correction requests can be sent to [email protected].

Analytics

Product events exclude raw notice descriptions, notes, email addresses, phone numbers, and contact details. No third-party analytics provider is enabled in the private build.
